To further strengthen the security of your Messaging account and protect sensitive school and family communications, our underlying partner, BrightArrow, is rolling out Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users effective today.
What's changing?
Starting now, logging into your Messaging admin user interface the next time will require:
- Your username (email or login) and password unless you are single-sign-in from another system.
- A one-time passcode sent to your verified mobile phone. Once your IP address has been verified, you will not be asked for the passcode again.
This added mandatory step will help prevent unauthorized access and ensures your communications remain safe and secure.
⚠️ Action Steps
Please complete the 2FA registration form when you login to your Messaging module:
The form will ask you to:

Confirm your mobile phone number

Verify your login email or username

Select two security questions
Once completed, you'll receive a one-time passcode by text to finish logging in.
What stays the same?

After your initial verification, future logins from your usual IP address will feel seamless, just as they do today.

Your information is stored securely and used only for authentication purposes.
