May 2026 Spotlight 💡

WISE Snapshot for May

What You Need.

DPI’s May Snapshot will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Please note that TIE record data is not collected for the May Snapshot. However, Disability Status is included and will be pulled as part of this snapshot.

Be sure to connect with your SIS team to understand how Disability Status is identified and maintained within your system, as all DPI Snapshot data is sourced directly from your SIS.

For additional guidance and preparation resources, visit the DPI Snapshot Prep website.

Updates

Renewal Contract Update

2026-2027

To ensure districts have clear, comprehensive information about what 4Schools provides—including support and data security—we are in the process of restructuring our contracts.

This update is taking a bit longer than anticipated, but please know that contracts will be distributed soon.

If you need pricing details for budget planning in the meantime, please submit a ticket and we’ll make sure you have the information you need.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Browser and Computer Updates

Keep Up to Date

IEP4Schools relies on your computer’s operating system and web browser to function properly. To ensure optimal performance, it’s important to keep both up to date.

If updates are needed, you may experience issues such as text boxes not functioning correctly or pages failing to load.

If you’re unsure how to complete these updates, please check with your district’s IT team for assistance.

Be sure to check out the help center for other technical use guidelines.

Track Changes in Student Detail

Historical View

Have you ever wondered who made a change in the Student Detail view? You can now use the links available on each tab to see not only who made a change, but also what the data looked like before it was updated.

This feature is especially helpful when working with SEPA records or reviewing updates where an error may have occurred.

For more information on how to use this tool, be sure to check out the Help Center article.

WISE PaSS Registration

Update Parent Information

We are continuing to accept registrations for districts interested in implementing WISE PaSS. Each district that signs up will receive personalized guidance from Kim or Christine to help you get started—you won’t be navigating this process on your own.

As you begin, you may need time to clean up data between your SIS and SEEDS. If your district operates on summer hours, this can be an ideal time to focus on that work.

Once your data is aligned, ongoing updates can be completed whenever it fits your schedule.

If you’re still interested in getting started, be sure to sign up below.
