At 4Schools, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We truly value your ideas and feedback—and we want to make sure you know the best ways to share them with us.

User Groups

Our user groups are designed to bring customers together for timely discussions while giving you a direct voice in shaping future enhancements. We currently offer two annual user groups:

• Administrative Assistants

• Directors of Special Education and Program Supports

One simple registration provides invitations to all meetings throughout the year. You’re also welcome to join at any time—just register through the Help Center.

Bug and User Requests Portal

Our Bug and User Requests Portal is built for transparency, giving you insight into what our team is working on and what ideas and issues have been submitted by other users. Any user can submit new ideas, report bugs, or provide feedback on existing requests. You can access the portal through the Help Center or by going to ideas.seedsiep.com.

Our development team is currently focused on resolving a handful of unresolved bugs. We’ll highlight these fixes in our February newsletter, but if you’d like a sneak peek at what’s in progress, be sure to explore the portal and check out the designated tabs.

Feature Focus: Reports

Report Help For Second Semester

Reports can be incredibly helpful as you head into the second half of the school year. Below are a few reports you may want to revisit—and how they can support your planning for the months ahead.

Assessment Accommodation Report

Preparing for upcoming statewide assessments? This report provides a clear list of student accommodations, viewable by class or across the district.

IEP Planning Sheet

Getting ready for remaining IEP and evaluation meetings? This report includes all the information you need to plan and schedule meetings for the rest of the school year.

Active Students

If you’re adjusting caseloads for second semester, use the “Only Not Enrolled” filter to quickly identify students who may have been missed during the transition.

Export of Student Data

Looking for a flexible report builder? This report allows you to export data from the Student Detail View, including information from the Parent, District, and Evaluation tabs, into a workable spreadsheet. Visit the Help Center for common configuration examples.

Wisconsin State Convention

Stop by to grab a customer gift!

4Schools and CESA 6 will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin State Convention in Milwaukee from January 21–22. Be sure to stop by the exhibition hall to say hello—we’d love to see you!

We’ll have our usual giveaways, plus special customer-only gifts as a thank-you for being part of the 4Schools community. If you’re not attending but someone from your district will be there, encourage them to stop by, introduce themselves, and pick up your gift.
